Which tool should I use?

Tool	Ideal for
Microsoft Forms	Creating a simple survey, poll or other type of form in minutes. Create from new or use a template.
Qualtrics	Creating complex surveys that require data analysis.

Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms is a simple online survey and form creation tool that is part of the Microsoft 365 suite. It allows you to quickly design surveys, quizzes, and polls, and then collect and analyse responses in real-time.

Qualtrics

Qualtrics is a powerful online survey platform that allows you to create, distribute, and analyse surveys.

With Qualtrics, you can dive deeper into your data by performing advanced analysis, such as filtering, classifying, merging, cleaning, and conducting statistical evaluations of your survey responses.

To prevent creating duplicate accounts, always sign in to Qualtrics using your Essex account at the web address essex.eu.qualtrics.com. If you believe you have created a duplicate account, please reach out to our Commercial Applications team for assistance.
