I’m looking forward to the summer break. Right now it’s kind of stressful with all the essays and stuff, so it’s going to be nice when summer comes around. I love summer, the warmth and having peace and quiet.

I’m proud of coming here to uni in a foreign country, and speaking a foreign language. It’s a big step in life and was a challenge. I had to go out there and make new friends. It’s a position where I was uncomfortable and afraid, but I just had to go through it. I actually made friends quite easily. I’m great friends with my flatmates and I have friends on my course too.

In Sweden we learn English from when we are six years old, but it’s still a challenge to speak it fluently over a long period of time. The essays, writing and talking in English! Just being here is my greatest struggle, but it’s an adventure!
