Allocation of accommodation

You will be allocated a room for the duration of your Pre-sessional course only. If you have applied for accommodation during the next academic year, we will try to assign the same room to you.

If your term-time room is not available over the summer you will be able to stay in your current room until you are informed that your term-time room is ready. You will be asked to move rooms before the start of the new term during September. We will contact you by email about this in early September.

Should you decide to cancel your accommodation application for 2024-25, you will have to move out of your accommodation at the end of your summer allocation period on Monday 16 September 2024.
