We are starting to make plans for our next Employee Voice, all-staff survey in Autumn 2024 and we would like our community to be involved in helping shape our themes and questions.
Employee Voice gives us a vital insight into the areas that make Essex a great place to work. Hearing about the experiences of our community helps us to celebrate the things we do well and identify areas that we need to focus on and work at going forward.
To gain this insight we need to carefully consider the questions we ask as well as how we can raise awareness of the survey amongst all our colleagues and encourage them to complete it and have their say. That’s why we need your help.
We have recently worked with colleagues who have been invaluable in helping to develop our approach to workload, neuro-inclusion and ageing, so we are again reaching out to colleagues to support our approach to Employee Voice, and the next all-staff survey.
