The Department of Sociology and Criminology is offering grants to support second, third and final year undergraduate students to complete a summer school abroad.

There are five grants available worth a total of £1,000 each, which can be used towards the cost of attending one of three staff recommended summer schools in Mexico, Brazil, the Netherlands or an Essex Abroad summer school programme.

How to apply

You can apply for the award by completing an application form (.docx) and submitting it to socda@essex.ac.uk. The deadline to apply for this fund is 10:00am on Monday 24 February 2025.
