FUNc.

During term time, FUNc. is a dedicated social space for staff and students to study, meet friends, or have a work meeting. There's extra seating areas for lunches, either brought in from home or purchased on campus, and microwaves to heat up your food.

During Summer School season, FUNc. will be serving a range of hot meals. Choose from pasta and jacket potato dishes. 

FUNc. is also available for meetings, catch-ups, and private hire. Contact efood@essex.ac.uk to book.

• Lunch - Closed
• Dinner - 5.30pm to 8.00pm, Wednesday 3 July to Sunday 7 July

Monday 8 to Sunday 31 July 2024

• Breakfast - 7.00am to 9.15am, Monday to Sunday
• Lunch - 12.00pm to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday                      
• Dinner - 5.30pm to 8.00pm, Monday to Sunday

Important information during Summer School season

Customers visiting our outlets may experience longer wait times due to Summer Schools on campus. It is advised that you try to avoid peak service times where possible. Peak times to avoid are between:

• Breakfast: 7.30am to 9.15am
• Lunch: 12.15pm to 2.15pm
• Dinner: 5.30pm to 8.00pm

Menus may vary due to demand, and to accommodate large numbers on campus. It is recommended that you check menus in outlets, including allergen information.
