If you are experiencing a change in your mobility and are fearful of falling, and you are living alone or feel socially isolated, then come and join our Move and Meet group.

We will aim to address any strength and balance issues you have and help you maintain and improve your movement whilst providing an opportunity exercise in a friendly environment.

This two-hour group session runs weekly in the Hub and includes a 45-minute exercise group, a refreshment break (with light refreshments offered by the Hub) and a group task, chosen by the group, based on the needs of the group.

Service users will be offered a minimum of six group sessions as part of this service offer. Where a high number of referrals are received, a clinical priority and waiting list system will be implemented.

To access this service, please complete our adult referral form and email to healthwellbeingcare@essex.acx.uk and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your referral.
