"I am very impressed with the new Health, Wellbeing and Care Hub. The facilities are new and spacious, and the equipment is modern. But what really sets this place apart is the amazing staff. Their professionalism and friendly encouragement give me so much motivation to keep working towards my goals. Thanks to the tailored exercise program and the splint they created, I've seen significant improvement in my hand movement and am regaining confidence in using it every day."
"I have been attending The Upper Limb Rehabilitation course at the care hub at Essex University. I would like to share my thoughts on how marvellous it has been for me. The staff and students have worked with me tirelessly, mostly on a one-to-one basis. They have tailored the exercises to suit me and my abilities and sometimes challenged me and I have been absolutely amazed at my progress. We have laughed and sometimes cried together and without the care and attention they have shown me, I wouldn't be where I am today. I'd like to say a huge thank you to all who have helped me. And I do hope my input has also helped the students on their career path.
The hub is the go-to, place to be, and long may it continue with its great success to help other people!"
