Join our weekly one-hour ‘Moving for Independence’ classes that focus on balance and strength, led by our student Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists.
The team will offer you a programme of individualised assessment, education sessions on your balance and strength, group exercise, a home exercise programme and advice on how to access other services in your local community, that will support you to stay active.
For those that cannot attend the Hub in person, we can offer virtual classes. Please indicate this on your referral form, so we can add you to our virtual class programme.
