Soft FM will be cleaning offices week commencing 14 April 2025.

We aim to undertake the cleaning between 5.30am – 8.30am and 5.00pm – 10.00pm Monday – Friday to help alleviate any inconvenience.

There are over 1,200 offices on Colchester Campus, therefore it is not possible to allocate specific times to individual offices.

We really want to be able to clean your surfaces, please ensure you leave them clear to enable us to do this, as we are unable to move personal belongings.

IT equipment will not be cleaned, and this is the responsibility of the user.

What you can expect:

  • Floor surfaces vacuumed and/or mopped
  • Skirting boards wiped and cleaned
  • Internal glass cleaned and buffed
  • Removal of cobwebs
  • Dusting of all surfaces (if left clear)
