CDS are an award-winning digital and print communications agency appointed to run the University's graphic design and print functions (formerly run by Print Essex).
All orders need to be submitted through the order form (.pdf) and emailed to uoe@cds.co.uk
Once the order has been reviewed, our CDS client service team will be in touch about the cost and timings to produce your order.
To ensure that all orders are processed in line with the University Financial Regulations, please be advised that from 1 March 2024 all work commissioned to CDS for Print and Design services must be accompanied by a purchase order, CDS will not be able to process any works without an accompanying PO. Please ensure that you have enough time to request quotes, raise POs and place orders as we appreciate some colleagues work to extremely tight deadlines when ordering from CDS.
Materials should conform to the University's brand guidelines and to copyright and IPR guidelines.
