People Manager is a tool, allowing reporting managers and administrators with selected access, to manage employee leave and view sickness records online. It has a host of other reporting benefits and in the future, further modules will be introduced to make your working life easier and more efficient.
People Manager sits within the core HR and Payroll system called iTrent. It holds the University’s organisational structure, payroll and personal details of every staff member.
People Manager will only give managers access to information related to employees who report directly to them. It's essential that the University’s Data Protection Policy and Staff Privacy Policy are followed – please take the time to read these for a reminder of the responsibilities.
People Manager access is given automatically once you assume line management responsibility. However, if you are experiencing issues logging on please contact Commercial Applications.
