Permission to recruit needs to be obtained via Unit 4 Business World by the hiring manager prior to raising a new job on the e-Recruitment system (iTrent). The hiring manager access guide (.pdf) provides details on how to do this.

Once your post has been approved and you have confirmed the task is complete, you will receive a PDF document by email which should be uploaded to the e-Recruitment system (iTrent) along with your completed job pack template. The Resourcing Adviser may contact you once both documents have been received to discuss timelines and any queries.
