The Peer Review of Teaching Policy focuses on the development and honest reflection of employees, as opposed to making judgement calls or a formal assessment of teaching quality. The process is flexible and how you decide to undertake it is a departmental and team decision.
The sharing of good teaching and learning practice is a fundamental element of academia and is something we are proud of. Doing so allows us to sustain our community of practice, where we can always learn something from one another.
