Reporting a safeguarding concern about the welfare of a member of our University community

If you have a concern regarding the welfare or vulnerability of a member of our University community, or about a visitor to one of our campuses, you are responsible for reporting this.

Safeguarding guidance for online activities and services to children

Safeguarding guidance and information for staff or volunteers who are providing online activities and services to children who are not registered students at the University.

Safeguarding guidance for working or volunteering with vulnerable groups

Safeguarding guidance for staff and students working or participating in activities with children or ‘adults at risk’.

Safeguarding unaccompanied children spectating or watching an event on campus

The University works to promote and encourage access by children and young people to a range of extra-curricular and development activities, such as participating in or spectating at a sports events, competition, tournament or an arts performance.

The University has a team of trained Designated Safeguarding Officers who are available on each of our campuses.
