We want to support employees in maintaining a good work-life balance. There may be times when employees need time off from work for reasons that do not fall under the normal leave provisions.
Line managers will need to balance the needs of the employee with the requirement to maintain the work of the University. All special leave must be recorded through HR Organiser and People Manager.
