Develop at Essex

Develop at Essex is out virtual space for you to develop and enhance your professional performance at the University. This includes the Research, Education and Professional Development frameworks which will help you to think about areas of your practice that you can develop. Develop at Essex provides a range of resources to help with your development and also provide opportunities to engage with colleagues across the University.

Develop at Essex covers three main areas:

• Essentials - understand the University's strategic vision and understanding how you can apply it every day
• Explore and Plot - plan out your career pathway and understand how you can maximise your potential
• Engage and Collaborate - build your expertise and reputation

Whilst it is often updated with new resources and information, you can also contribute your own ideas by posting in the forums or emailing develop@essex.ac.uk.
