Essex Working Well are part of the Essex Wellbeing Service, which is commissioned by Essex County Council to provide workplaces in Essex with free workplace health and wellbeing support. Their main offer is the Working Well Accreditation, which recognises workplace commitment to health and wellbeing. The accreditation has three different levels, with each level involving working towards a completing an increasing number of actions. These actions are centred around the things that we do as an organisation to promote, educate, and support employee health and wellbeing, such as policies, promotional campaigns and activities.

We are working towards our Level 3 Working Well Accreditation, following our achievement of Level 1 in November 2023 and Level 2 in March 2025.

As part of this, we are able to offer Essex employees access to Essex Working Well’s range of e-learning and webinars, which are all aimed at improving employee wellbeing
